Open to HS seniors, Class of 2024 from public/private schools in Collin County ONLY.
Open to college students from Collin County ONLY.
Applicants that do not meet the above criterion should send their application to a LULAC Council near them that provides scholarships. Visit LNESC.org for a list of these councils

1 - I live in Dallas County. Can I apply to your scholarship?
No. There are Dallas LULAC Councils that provide scholarships to students living in Dallas County.
2 - I graduated from a public high school in Collin County and I am currently enrolled at a university out of town. Can I apply to your scholarship?
Yes. Please provide documentation.
3 - Who receives my application?
The CC LULAC Council #4537 Scholarship Committee.
4 - Where do I send my application?
Starting in 2024, the application is submitted/received electronically.
